PURPOSE: To reduce light reflected directly by a surface and prevent stripping by forming recesses and projections in the surface of a coating material, and controlling to specific values the maximum difference in height between any adjacent recess and projection and the distance between the troughs of any adjacent recesses or between the crests of any adjacent projections. CONSTITUTION: External light comes in through a surface resin film 103, passes through a transparent surface sealing material 102, and reaches a photoelectromotive force element 101. The resultant photoelectromotive force is externally taken out. The surface sealing material 102 covers the uneven surface of the photoelectromotive force element with resin, and further bonds the surface resin film 103 to the photoelectromotive force element 101. The surface resin film 103 has weatherability, mechanical strength and so on, and remains reliable even if exposed to weather, for example, for a long time. Recesses and projections are formed both in the surface resin film 103 and in the surface sealing material 102. The maximum difference in height between any adjacent recess and projection is controlled to 5μm or above and 500μm or below. The maximum distance between the troughs of any adjacent recesses or between the crests of any adjacent projections is controlled to 0.1mm or above and 10mm or below. |
