摘要 PURPOSE: To vary the capacity ratio between a flicker suppression function and a steady stabilization function and to attain the operation of a self-excited reactive power compensation device by separating the load reactive power fluctuation into two frequency components and performing the compensation control of the load reactive power fluctuation by the signal obtained by synthesizing those two frequency components. CONSTITUTION: The reactive power fluctuation ΔQ detected by a reactive power detection circuit 7 is inputted to a flicker contributing component detection circuit 8a and a steady voltage conversion contribute component detection circuit 8b and then separated into two components. That is, a reactive power fluctuation component ΔQf which induces the flicker and a reactive power fluctuation component ΔQv which induces the steady voltage fluctuation respectively. In addition, a single reactive power compensating device 5 simultaneously performs the compensation of flicker and the stabilization of steady voltage. Thereby both components ΔQf and ΔQf are multiplied by variable gains Kf and Kv respectively, and a reactive power fluctuation ΔG (ftv) obtained by adding together these two multiplication results is inputted to a gate pulse timing circuit 9. The reason why both gains Kf and Kv are necessary is that the device 5 is weighted so as to operate more advantageously for the flicker suppression or the steady voltage fluctuation.
