<p>PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic recording and reproducing device provided with a function for continuously and minutely recording conditions from the time before signals from a sensor are obtained. CONSTITUTION: A video camera 201 is connected to a video signal amplifier 1 through a video signal input terminal 203, the video signal amplifier 1 is connected to the input side of an image memory 10 through an A/D converter 11 for converting video signals supplied by analog signals to video data which are digital signals and the image memory 10 is provided with a semiconductor memory for storing the video signals converted to the digital signals. Thus, video images from the time before a door is opened until the time after the door is opened are continuously recorded and this magnetic recording and reproducing device 1000 with an improved monitoring effect is obtained.</p> |
