<p>PURPOSE: To prevent or suppress toner filming on a photoreceptor by using low melting point toner and to form an excellent image without image flowing by using a specific developer and providing a photoreceptor scraping means scraping the photoreceptor by a suitable quantity. CONSTITUTION: Toner used in a developing device is 55 deg.C<=Tg, 80 deg.C<=Ti<=120 deg.C and 100 deg.C<=Tm<=135 deg.C, the surface of the photoreceptor can be scraped by 2μm to 15μm by the photoreceptor scraping means during the photoreceptor is rotated at 7000rpm. In other words, this printer is provided with a photoreceptor drum 1 and it is driven and rotated in the direction of the arrow (a) in the figure by a driving means. Besides an electrifier 2, a developing device 3, a transfer charger 4, a fixed brush 5 for scraping the photoreceptor and an eraser 6 are successively arranged on the surroundings of the drum 1. Moreover, an image exposure device 7 is disposed in the upper part of the drum 1 and the surface of the photoreceptor is uniformly scraped by the fixed brush 5.</p> |
