<p>PURPOSE: To detect acceleration and angular velocity simultaneously corresponding to a plurality of axes with one detector only. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is made up of a mass body 6, a flexible part 2 which is joined on the mass body 6 and deformed according to the displacement of the mass body 6, a peripheral support body 1 supporting the flexible part 2, vibrating means 9 and 10 to vibrate the mass body 6, displacement detection means 12-23 which detect individual displacement in the directions of three axes of the mass body 6 independently to output signals and a computation means to determine acceleration in three axes and angular velocity in two axes based on signals to be outputted from the displacement detection means 12-25.</p> |
