The invention consists in a modular structure built with a series of cells (or "seats") (table 1/4, fig. 1, letter A) placed in column one over the others and placed in the underground along the completion of wanted module. To enter in the park the user parked his truck (table 3/4, fig. 3, letter A) near the entrance of the park made by a rectangular opening on the surface land (table 3/4, fig. 3, letter B), after that the container will be collected by an elevator (table 2/4, fig. 2, letter A) and let inside the park itself, in the seat of start waiting that the remove-elevator takes it away (table 2/4, fig. 2, letter B).
