PURPOSE: To improve static pressure characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The outer peripheral surface of a conventional cylindrical insulating body except both end parts is engraved shallowly. A thin cylindrical space 70a is formed in this manner between a cylindrical insulating body 70 and the inner peripheral surface of a bottomed cylindrical body 51 into which the cylindrical insulating body 70 is inserted. Although not illustrated, a recessed part 70a to be in touch with the front end of a lead pin D is formed at a central part of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical insulating body 70. Moreover, an electrode layer is set at the engraved outer peripheral surface with a part excluded. The static capacity of silicone oil filled between the electrode layer and the inner peripheral surface of the bottomed cylindrical body 51, namely, in the space 70a at the time of a static pressure of P is detected via the lead pin D, and eventually a dielectric constantεr of the silicone oil when the static pressure is P is obtained. The detected differential pressure is corrected with the use of the dielectric constantεr by an operating part not shown so as to restrict influences by the pressure to the differential pressure, whereby the normal differential pressure is obtained.
