The three way valve for gas boiler including a support pipe having a guide portion on its upper part and a guide groove on its outer surface; a main body having a heating pipe and a hotwater pipe with a heating path and a hot water path at left and right sides; a blocking part inserted into the guide portion provided to the support pipe and having a full-length part and a blocking wall for blocking the heating and hot water paths by an up-and-down movement; and a returnable spring supportedly disposed in the guide groove and returning the blocking part.
