The blind incorporates hoist belts for the slats (1), the latter having loops (2) detachable from fasteners (3) fixed to them. Each fastener has a portion engaging with the slat, and a hook (5) engaging with the loop. Two portions (7,8) of the hook are chamfered, to allow the loop to be moved out between them.The hook can have two jaws, on which the chamfers are formed. The fastener can consist of a cylindrical coil tension spring with more than one turn and acting as a spring washer. Turns of the spring can be passed through drillings in the slat edge.
