PURPOSE: To obtain an optical module having high versatility by composing this optical module of a head part mounting an optical operating element and a power source filter circuit, and a neck part which has flexibility and electrically and joins a main body part for mounting electronic parts and a head part. CONSTITUTION: This optical module part 10 has the head part 46b consisting of a flexible printed circuit board and the neck part 46c consisting a flexible printed circuit board extending from the head part 46b in order to electrically connect the main body part 46a consisting of the flexible printed circuit board and the head part 46b. A reinforcing plate 47 is fixed to one surface of the head part 46b of the optical module 10 and the optical operating element 2 is packaged on this reinforcing plate 47. The power source filter circuit, such as bypass capacitor 60, and peripheral circuits 61 are packaged on the other surface of the head part 46b. The optical operating element 2 is electrically connected to the bypass capacitor 60 and receives power supply via the bypass capacitor 60. |
