PURPOSE: To prevent forgetting of turning off a power source and to save energy by preventing a cover from being closed in a state that the power source is turned on by plural electromagnets, a switches and variable resistances. CONSTITUTION: A control panel 11 is a portable control distribution panel in which an operation equipment 12 is mounted on the upper surface. An opening and closing cover 13 is the cover fitted to the one side of the control panel 11 so as to be freely opened and closed. On the side surface part of the opening and closing cover 13, the cover side DC electromagnet composed of a coil 1A, etc., is mounted. On the side surface part of the control panel 11, the panel side DC electromagnet constituted of a coil 1B, a variable resistor 3, an iron core 5 and a power source 4, etc., is mounted oppositely to the cover side DC electromagnet. The variable resistor 3 provided in the power circuit of the cover side DC electromagnet can change a resistance value by the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing cover 13. By the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing cover 13, the electric circuit of the panel side DC electromagnet and the cover side DC electromagnet are operated at the time of the opening and closing and the forgetting of the turning off the power source can be prevented. |
