PURPOSE: To provide the conversation activation device which activates a conversation among plural speakers. CONSTITUTION: The conversation activation device 501 monitors which of speakers speaks by a speaker monitor device 505 on the basis of a speech supplied from a user interface 503, records a history of speakers as the monitor result of the speaker monitor device 505 by a speaker history part 507, and outputs data for activating the conversation from a data base part 509 according to the presence of a speaker appearing in the history a little to provide data for the speakers through the user interface 503, thereby activating the conversation. |
