CONSTITUTION: Order information from a sales management system 10, manufacturing advancing information from a plant production management system 20 and warehousing/shipping information from inventory management systems 30, 40 are inputted to a communication equipment 140 and registered in a data base 130 by a host computer 110. When a retrieving request is received from the system 10 or an information processing system 50, the computer 110 retrieves a keyword and outputs a retrieved result to the request source.
