PURPOSE: To provide a mobile object communication system with which transmission speed can be accelerated. CONSTITUTION: A base station 100 is provided with a reception time counting part 101 for counting the number of times of link channel establishing request message reception and receiving a link channel establishing request end message, analystic part 103 for the transmission speed and transmission part 104 for transmitting a link channel allocation message and a link channel allocation end message corresponding to the instruction of this analystic part 103, and a mobile station 110 is provided with an analystic part 112 for the transmission speed, transmission part 111 for transmitting a link channel establishing request message and a link channel establishing request end message corresponding to the instruction of this analystic part 112, and reception time counting part 114 for counting the number of times of link channel allocation message reception and receiving the link channel allocation end message.
