PURPOSE: To prevent omission of data. CONSTITUTION: A signal framed by a framing device 15 is encoded by an encoding processor 16 and stored in a compression data recording region 5b, while a non-compression signal from the framing device 15 is stored in a non- compression data storing region 5a during a signal of one frame is encoded and stored in the compression data recording region 5b, while at the time of reproducing, specifying an address is performed by a data reader 13 in accordance with control of a controller 11, normally, when encoding is not interrupted, a compressed signal is read out of the compression data storing region 5b, decoded by a decoding processor 17, and inputted to a D/A converter 18 through a changeover switch 19, but when encoding is interrupted, data corresponding to the frame is read out from the noncompression data storing region 5a by specifying an address of the data reader 13, inputted to the D/A converter 18 by the changeover switch 19 without passing through the decoding processor 17, and reproduced to an analog signal. |
