PURPOSE: To reduce the number of assembling manhours in a vibration control device which is provided with a stopper for controlling expandingly-efflux of a vibration absorbing main body and with an outer cylinder which is resin- molded. CONSTITUTION: A rubber vibration absorbing main body and a stopper 39 are vulcanizedly-attached to an inner cylinder metal fitting 14 at the same time. A resin influx preventing cover 30 is attached thereto, mounted on a specified position in a mold and a synthetic resin is injected into the mold. Thereby, the synthetic resin is attached to the outer circumference part of the vibration absorbing main body 16 and thus an outer cylinder made in one body with the vibration absorbing main body 16 is molded. The composing assembling steps can be reduced less than the previous vibration proof device in which the stopper and the vibration absorbing main body are molded in a separate step with each other because the stopper 39 and the vibration absorbing main body 16 are vulcanizedly-attached to the inner cylinder metal fitting 14 at the same time. |
