PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for maintenance and to eliminate the possibility of environmental pollution by arranging light emitting bodies at vanes of a windmill generator and lighting these light emitting bodies by the electric power from this windmill generator. CONSTITUTION: A main body 1 of this advertisement tower is composed of a base plate section 11 of the advertisement tower which is fixed onto the roof of a building and a supporting section which is installed integrally with this base palte section 11 via a supporting shaft 12. A rotating body 21 mounted with the vanes 23 is arranged between the base plate section 11 in the periphery of the supporting shaft 12 and the upper part. This rotating body 21 is freely rotatably installed to the upper part of the base plate section 11 and the vanes 23 are respectively mounted at plural mounting shafts disposed between this section and the supporting section 13. Solar batteries 3 are densely adhered on the surfaces of the vanes 23 and the light emitting bodies 5 are mounted thereon. Furher, the windmill generator is installed within the rotating body 21 and is so constituted that electricity is generated with the generator by the rotating body 1 which rotates when the vanes 23 receive wind. The light emitting bodies 5 are lighted by electric power from the windmill generator and the solar batteries 3.
