The hot dip galvanizing steel sheet is prepared by (a) hot rolling steel slab that comprises C:0.03-0.05wt.%, Mn:0.2-0.35wt.%, Si:below 0.02wt.%, S:below 0.02wt.%, sol.Al: 0.02-0.06wt.%, balance Fe, and additional Cu:0.03-0.4% and P:0.03-0.1% and Ni to satisfy 1/3% Cu= Ni<% Cu; (b) rewinding hot rolled steel sheet at 550-650deg.C and galvanizing rewound sheet at normal condn.. The obtd. steel sheet has good weatherability without additional anti-corrosion treatment to prevent corrosion of cross section.
