<p>PURPOSE: To assist the preparation of a document by retrieving a knowledge base for document preparation based on the document preparation support instruction including the kind of the document to be prepared, and determining and outputting a corresponding document generation rule. CONSTITUTION: When the kind of a desired document whose way of writing is to be learnt and an instruction for that are inputted from an input part 1, a document preparation part 21 generates information on the contents of the document and its preparing procedure by referring to the knowledge base 22 having knowledge for the document preparation. Then an output generation part 23 converts the information generated by the document generation part 21 into form which is a natural language or another predetermined description form that the user can understand, and outputs it to an output part 3. Consequently, the document preparation by the user can be supported and, specially, in the process of the preparation of the document by the user, the user can look at respective rules for the document preparation that the device has and can learn the preparing procedure of the document.</p> |
