PURPOSE: To eliminate a metallic reflecting film and a protective coating film forming process by forming a reflecting surface by injection molding of composire resin by kneading two or more kinds of transparent resin members different in a refractive index in the mixing ratio of a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION: Polycarbonate resin(PC) having a reflective index of (n1=1.586) is used as a first resin member P1, and polymethyl methacrylate resin(PMMA) having a reflective index of (n2=1.492) is used as a second resin member P2, and a pellet is uniformly mixed, and a desired lighting fixture housing is integrally formed together with a reflecting mirror 2 by an injection molding machine. The second resin member P2 is mixed in a range of 30 to 300 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the first resin member P1. At injection molding, the PMMA flows so as to surround the PC, and a multilayer structure of the first resin member P1 and the second resin member P2 is formed in the plate thickness direction of the reflecting mirror 2. Since the incident light is reflected on respective boundary surfaces by a difference in a refractive index, a metallic reflecting coating film by sputtering or the like is not necessary. |
