PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration in transparent organic polymer resin material, coating material, by placing a resin film, made of material other than that of the organic polymer resin, between at least one metal member on a photovoltaic element and the organic polymer resin. CONSTITUTION: A collector electrode 106, a metal member 107 and a positive terminal 108 are placed on each photovoltaic element 101, and a resin film 110 are placed on each of the positive terminal with an adhesive layer 111 in between. The material of the resin film 110 is polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, or the like. The unevenness in the photovoltaic elements 101 is covered with a surface filler 102 of organic polymer resin. This protects the photovoltaic elements 101 from severe external environments, including variation in temperature, humidity and shock, and ensures adhesion between a surface resin film 103 and the photovoltaic elements 101. The surface filler 102 uses ethyleneacetic acid or the like as its material, and the surface resin film 103 uses fluororesin or the like. |
