PURPOSE: To provide a producing method for color filter capable of producing a color filter without causing defective a picture having defect such as void and to provide the color filter. CONSTITUTION: In the producing method for color filter in which a photosensitive film for the color filter on which (a) a transparent supporting body film, (b) a colored photosensitive resin layer and (c) a protective film are laminated in this order is stuck on a substrate for the color filter while peeling the protective film and then exposure and development are executed and the sticking is executed while applying heat by using a roll having >=60mm diameter and a rubber layer having <=5 deg. Shore hardness at its outmost layer. |
