<p>PURPOSE: To provide a screen film with ease of manufacturing and an excellent property by using a filming liquid composition mainly containing acrylic emulsion with a preset molecular weight as measured in a gel filtering method and a preset thermal decomposition starting temperature. CONSTITUTION: A filming liquid composition to form a filming layer mainly contains acrylic emulsion with a molecular weight of 1,500,000-2,000,000 measured in a gel filtering method and a thermal decomposition starting temperature of 200-220 deg.C. The acrylic emulsion is formed of polymer by using at least one type of methacrylic acid, methacrylic butyl, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid. The liquid nature of the filming liquid composition is alkalescent. The filming liquid composition contains thickner which has the amount of solid component accounting for 0.01-2.0 wt.% of a total amount of composition. A fluorescent film layer 3 is formed on the inner face of a panel 1, on which a black matrix 2 is formed, and the filming liquid composition mainly containing acrylic emulsion is applied thereon and dried to form the filming layer 4, on which a metal film 5 is formed.</p> |
