PURPOSE: To provide a sealed organic electrolyte battery whose pressure equalizing device is not broken even by shock such as dropping by using a bellows as the pressure equalizing device inside the battery. CONSTITUTION: A sealed organic electrolyte battery has a pressure equalizing device attached to a battery case 1 in which a power generating element is housed, and as the pressure equalizing device, a bellows 5 capable of expanding and contracting is used. The inside of the bellows 5 is communicated with the inside of the battery, and a bellows protecting material 7 is arranged in the surroundings of the bellows 5. |
