PURPOSE: To provide the term file preparation system which lightens the burden of the proofreading of terms and enables easy consistent proofreading. CONSTITUTION: This system is equipped with a term file 10 which contains terms, a proofreading processor 20 which proofreads the stored terms, an input device 30 which inputs commands and data, a display 40 which displays a list of terms and proofreading results, and a printer 50 which prints out the list of terms, the term file 10 has a notation table containing information required for proofreading operation and a correction history table containing an operation history according to proofreading operation performed for terms, and the proofreading processor 20 updates the notation table and correction history table according to the proofreading contents when terms are proofread. |
