PURPOSE: To eliminate the necessity of manual lending calculation and to improve efficiency and accuracy for the execution component lending management by providing this lending managing device with a lending managing part for executing lending calculation for an object whose lending is to be managed based upon delivery instructing data sent from a host computer. CONSTITUTION: A delivery list 14 and a delivery list case table 15 are prepared and outputted based upon lending calculation executed by a component lending management system 13. While collating a delivery card 12 with the list 14, components 17 in each box are extracted from a fixed rack 18 or an automatic store 19 and delivered to a succeeding process section 16. Since the table 15 is outputted prior to delivery work and the number of parts to be delivered in each box can be known prior to the start of the delivery work, the delivery work can be advanced while predicting the quantity of the work. Since the lending calculation is automatically executed in the system 13, time required for lending work can be shortened, and since the lending work is advanced while collating the card 12 with the list 14, the generation of error delivery can be prevented and the delivery work can be advanced without requiring skillness. |
