PURPOSE: To provide an integrated sales supporting system capable of automatically preparing an estimate sheet for a customer only by selectively inputting customer information and price information previously stored in a personal computer or the like, and at the time of receiving order for the estimate sheet, automatically preparing an order acception sheet by simple operation. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a customer information data base 1 previously storing customer information, a price information database 2 previously storing commodity information, an estimate information file 3 for storing estimate information, and an order acception information file 4 for storing order acception information. The file 3 is opened to display an estimate information card on a screen, the databases 1, 2 are opened and the customer and price information is transferred to an estimate information card to automatically prepare an estimate sheet A and estimate information inputted to the estimate information card is transferred to the file 4 to automatically prepare an order acception sheet B. |
