PURPOSE: To provide a data transmitting device which can recognize the communication parameter set at the transmitter side even at the receiver side and also can automatically set the communication parameters to the data terminals of both transmitter and receiver sides. CONSTITUTION: In a transmission processing mode, a data control means 13a sends the communication parameter information set at a data transmitting device 100 of the transmitter side to the device 100 of the receiver side via a multiplex control means 14 by means of an extended BAS code. Then the means 13a transfers the communication parameter information to a data terminal part 5 via a data terminal connection means 9. In a reception processing mode, the means 13a transfers the communication parameter information sent from the device 100 of the transmitter side to the part 5 via a data terminal connection means 9. A data terminal setting means 17 of the part 5 automatically sets a communication parameter based on the received communication parameter information. |
