<p>PURPOSE: To make a control error due to a model error small and to highly accurately and stably control a controlled system. CONSTITUTION: A model base control part 4 obtains the manipulated variable of the controlled system 100-1 for realizing a set response model based on the state variable of the controlled system 100-1 measured by a measurement part 100-2 corresponding to a set model 9. A model error compensation control part 5 evaluates whether or not the orbit of the state variable of the controlled system 100-1 corresponds to the set response model by the state variable of the controlled system 100-1 measured by the measurement part 100-2 and outputs the manipulated variable for compensating the control error. A manipulated variable composition part 7 composites the manipulated variables outputted by the model base control part 4 and the model error compensation control part 5 and controls the controlled system 100-1 through an operation part 100-3.</p> |
