<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the leak of heat outside a container from the gap between an opened port part and a cover, as for the heat insulating container having a container body and a cover for closing the opened port part of the container body. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating container is equipped with a container body 11, and a cover 19 for closing the opened port part 15 of the container body 11. On the cover 19, an insertion part 21 for the insertion into the opened port part 15 is formed. At the opened port part 15, the innermost end surface 16 for closing the part between the top end surface 22 of the insertion part 21 is formed. At the top end of the cover 19, a front surface plate 25 is installed, and between the front surface plate 25 and the top end surface 22 of the cover 19, an elastic body 24 for pressing the front surface plate 25 onto the innermost end surface 16 of the container body 11 is installed.</p> |
