PURPOSE: To achieve higher cost performance with the addition of a convenient new function by reading the operation data from a CD-ROM in which the operation data of traffic systems are preserved to be displayed on a screen. CONSTITUTION: A traffic system operation data 12 as preserved into a CD-ROM necessary for displaying operation information of traffic systems and a traffic information receiving section 13 are arranged. The traffic system operation data is made up of railway lines and names of roads as bus lines existing in various areas to be specified by combining a latitude range and a longitude range, timetables of trains and buses running on the railway lines and the roads and positions to be assigned by a pair of a latitude and a longitude at service time of the trains and buses. A processor 1 reads out the data 12 through a CD-ROM reader 5 to retrieve railway lines and roads within a specified area by combining the latitude range and the longitude range shown on a display part 10 and positions of the trains and buses existing presently on the railway lines and roads are displayed on a drawing processor 7. |
