PURPOSE: To provide a repairing method for a defective void occurring in a producing method for color filter for color liq. crystal display device using a film method. CONSTITUTION: In this producing method for color filter in which a black matrix 1, a colored picture element 3 and an overcoat film 4 are formed on a transparent substrate such as a transparent plastic or glass substrate 2, and in a forming stage for the colored picture element, exposure and development are executed repeatedly for each color after forming a colored photosensitive resin film on the transparent plastic or the glass substrate 2 by using a roll laminator, and only a film of the last picture element is formed by using the colored photosensitive resin soln. by spin coat, and whole area exposure is executed from a substrate side being an opposite surface to the picture element forming surface. |
