The corrugated end (13d) clamps the rail runner after having being rotated on an arch incline, having an intermediate support point (13b) on the arch opposite the rail holding end (13d).A flexible bed plate (17) is located under the rail and a positioning wedges (14) is placed between the collar heel and the arch lower faces. Compensation wedges (19) are placed between the arch and the collar's intermediate support point after raising the positioning wedges and synthetic wedges (18) are placed between the base plate and the rail.
