The lure consists of a body, manufactured in a rigid material, such as wood, plastics or metal, in the shape of a fish's body. The body is designed to have an internal central cavity (1), which is open to the two sides of the lure. Inside the cavity is fixed a device, which is designed to be set in motion by the force of the movement of the water, relative to the lure.This device in the cavity carries a series of blades (2), which are linked to rotate around an axis (3), which is parallel to the direction of the water flow past the lure. The blades are inclined to the water force lines (4) and thus set the central device in to rotary motion. Alternative methods of production of motion from the water flow are also included.
