发明名称 LIQUID FUEL COMBUSTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE: To prevent tar residue from remaining in a vaporizer cylinder even when liquid fuel with a high evaporation temperature is used, by specifying the material of the vaporizer cylinder and the thickness of heat-resistant paint to be applied on the inner surface of the vaporizer cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A vaporizer cylinder 2 is made of an aluminum alloy containing 0.7-1.2% of Fe (iron), and 3.8-4.8% of Mn (manganese). The inner surface of the vaporizer cylinder 2 is applied with a heat-resistant paint having a thickness of at least 40μm. When an electric heater 1 is energized and the temperature of the vaporizer cylinder 2 reaches 250 deg.C, a combustion motor 4 is energized, air is sent into the vaporizer cylinder 2 by an air fan 5, and a liquid fuel 7 is pumped from a fuel tank 13 by a solenoid pump 6 simultaneously to spout the liquid fuel 7 from the tip of a fuel pipe 14 into the vaporizer cylinder 2. The liquid fuel 7 spouted comes in contact with the vaporizing surface of the vaporizer cylinder 2 to evaporate, is sent to a burner after mixed with air, and ignited by spark discharge of a spark plug 9. The vaporizing surface of the vaporizer cylinder 2 is kept at 300-350 deg.C.
