Device for the prodn. of thick crepes, following the prodn. of thin crepes and vice versa comprises a scraper with a curved section (1) which is raised to allow the batter mix to pass under it, it being raised by means of a heel with a flat front section (2) surmounted by a handle (3), and a raised rear section (4) with a second handle (5) for rotating against the crepe pan to produce a thick pancake using the wt. of the operator's hand. The scraper also has a pivot (6) ending in a T-shape (7) and equipped with a wingnut (8) to raise or lower it. The crepe pan is made with a recess to receive the pivot.
