Support arrangement for electrical leads and similar items, which arrangement comprises a frame 2 fitted with a grip 1, in which frame there is an elongate gap 4 open at one end 3, in which gap the electrical lead or similar can be suspended like a coil. The route followed by the gap in the frame can vary in direction, so that the direction taken by the front end 3 of the gap deviates from that of the gap's rear end 5. Furthermore, one part of the grip 1 runs essentially in the direction of the gap's front end, while a part of the grip is essentially in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the front end of the gap. <IMAGE>
