To provide a simple and cheap fitting structure by which a sealed terminal (51) is easily fitted within a fitting hole (53) and getting out thereof can be prevented. Construction: To insert a sealed terminal (51) into a fitting hole (53) and to pressingly insert a push nut (57) having a plurality of nails (57a) into the fitting hole (53), thereby to fit a sealed terminal (51) within a fitting hole (53).
