Oxazole compounds having formula (I) wherein R?1 and R3¿ are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxy, C¿1-6?alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkoxyC1-6alkyl, phenyl or phenyl mono- or disubstituted with C1-6alkyl, halogen, hydroxy, C1-6alkoxy, aminosulfonyl, hydroxyC1-6alkyl, C1-6alkylsulfonylaminoC1-6alkyl or carbamylC1-6alkylaminosulfonyl; R?2¿ is selected from hydrogen, C¿1-6?alkyl, hydroxyC1-6alkyl, C1-6alkoxy, C1-6alkoxyC1-6alkyl or (fluorinated C1-6alkyl)oxyC1-6alkyl; W is a C1-6alkylene chain or nitrogen; m is independently the integer 0 or 1; X is CH or nitrogen, provided that when W is nitrogen then X is CH; q is independently an integer selected from the group consisting of 1, 2, 3 or 4; or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition or base-addition salt thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in therapy.
