It is established in such a manner, that if the difference between one setting, which would have been indicated by the pointer (12) and a present setting, which is instantaneously indicated by it is large, and a short time is computed. If the difference between two such settings is small, a long time is computed. A sec. pulse prodn. system produces M sec. pulses within a drive pulse period, which is computed by the time computing system.A drive pulse determination system determines, whether the drive pulse start time point alters from 0 to 1 or alters from 1 to 0 to the beginning of the period. A key relationship alteration system alters the key relationship of a sec. pulse, which is produced by a sec. pulse prodn. system. This takes effect, so that the key relationship alters in such a manner, that if the drive pulse from the start point of the period alters from 0 to 1, the key relationship is progressively increased, and if the drive pulse start point alters from 1 to 10, the key relationship is progressively decreased.
