Gear change mechanism for multispeed gearbox

On a gearbox shaft are located axis-parallel, movable gear change units, with at least one slidable for a gear change. For this purpose it is linked to a rotatably movable gear change member (12) via couplers. The member has a gear change path (11), at least one part of its periphery, coacting with the couplers.The gear change member is annular and the gear change path is formed at its front side. The couplers are in the form of lever elements (6). At least one lever arm (5) is connected to the gear change path, while its other lever arm (9) coacts with the gear change unit.
