The shuttering comprises a plate (12) having on one side ribbed projections (14) designed as spacer holders (14) for the concrete reinforcements (20). The plate can be made from concrete or a concrete-type material such as fibre concrete or polymer concrete. The spacers are extruded profiled sections embedded in the plate.The spacers have a double T-shaped profile. They can be let into the plate with a cross web of their section. The overall height of the spacers including the plate corresponds to the height of conventional spacers resting directly on the shuttering.
