Procedure to measure and remove large imbalances of rotating symmetrical hollow bodies in beam engines

The procedure consists of a beam engine (1) with a fixed upwards pointing beam arbor (8). A hollow body (6) is accommodated loosely on the arbor. The hollow body is rotated and the beam arbor defines the axial force components of the hollow body, and any imbalances are removed. A processor (12) directs lasers (19) at various angles (16,17,18) to initiate any necessary corrections.
