Sound absorbing bearing for rails

The bearing has a frame (8) with a plate (6) for securing a rail (2) of a track to a supporting surface. The contact between the plate and the surface, and between the plate and the frame, is exclusively through elastic absorbers (11,12,15,16). First absorbers (11) below the rail, between the plate and the supporting surface, have a first characteristic curve for vertical deflection.Second absorbers (12) are arranged outside the track, between the plate and the supporting surface. These have a second characteristic curve for vertical deflection, which runs below the first curve until a predetermined maximum deflection. Beyond this deflection it climbs more steeply than the first curve.
