<p>A cutter (10) comprising a rotating blade (11) and a fixed straight blade (12). There is a gap between the blades (11, 12) when the rotating blade (11) is at the mouth (28) of the cutting jaw (20). The gap is produced in such a way that the rotating blade is a round disc with at least one straight segment part (21). The rotating blade is attached to a toothed wheel (15) which moves it with respect to the fixed blade (12) by means of a toothed bar (14).</p> |
