Mixer for heterogenic liquids comprises cylindrical vessel (1) surrounding an inner cylindrical vessel (20) from which it is separated by a heat exchanger. Their bases form two cones (3,5), between which is a shallow cylindrical body (4). An assembly (10) is installed above the base (2) inside the inner cylindrical vessel (20), whose lower end forms a suction funnel (11), translating to a cylindrical body (12) whose upper end finishes in a converging jet (13) directed at the cap (24). The assembly (10) supports the lower end of a drive shaft (15) on bearings and enclosed within a diffusion grid (17) formed of fixed guide vanes (18), under which a propeller (19) is secured to the drive shaft (15). The upper end of the drive shaft (15) passes through the cap (24) central opening (27), and is linked to the drive motor (29) by a clutch (35) and a transmission shaft (32).
