The body has side walls with door apertures and stiffeners. The stiffeners (14-17) in each side wall are combined to form a common one-piece integral reinforcement (13). This is fitted between outer and inner skins of a wall, and encloses the door aperture (6) in a ring shape.Each side wall consists of a one-piece inner skin (5) and a correspondingly profiled outer skin (9). The integral reinforcement is fastened to either skin before they are connected.
