PURPOSE: To speedily transfer data from a fixed or moving device to the other device by permitting plural objects to communicate with a user interface and to receive, store and transmit document reference corresponding to one of electronic documents. CONSTITUTION: Multiple work stations 30, 32 and 34, printers 36 and 38, a facsimile equipment 40 and a file server 42 communicate with the user interface by using IR transmitter/receivers 44, 46, 48 and 50. They access to the database of the electronic document having corresponding document reference and the IR transmitter/receivers 44, 46, 48 and 50 receive, store or transmit document reference corresponding to one of the electronic document. Thus, transfer from the fixed or moving device to the other device can considerably speedily be executed. |
