PURPOSE: To make it possible to efficiently use the band of a network line and to effectively use the resouces by receiving the information request from a user, storing the information request for the same information over the period till a determined delivery time and performing a multicast of information via a network when a delivery time comes, by an information providing origin. CONSTITUTION: An information providing origin device 21 and the information storage device 23 that each user installs are connected via a network 22. The information providing origin device 21 successively receives the requests for information A by plural users and stores these requests when the requests are performed, for instance, performs the scheduling of a delivery time to deliver the information A by the transmission of one time for these requests and transmits the information A to the network 22 by defining each request user as a destination when the delivery time reaches. In the network 22, each exchange on a transmission route performs the multicast according to destination information. The information A for which the multicast is performed is received by each user and is stored in the information storage device 23. |
