PURPOSE: To set a clock owned by a communication device in units of hours and minutes based on a recognized time by recognizing the time flowing in analog signal from a time signal. CONSTITUTION: An automatic calling device 7 connects a telephone line in response to a time signal using a telephone number stored in a storage 5. By recognizing an analog signal flowing from the time signal using a recognition device 6 for determining time, a clock 2 is set based on the time obtained by the recognition result. When the setting is completed, the telephone line is disconnected and the operation is completed. |
